Description
The rotationally symmetric, low-profile U10 force is oustanding precise and made from rustfree materials. U10M load cells are suitable for acquiring fast, dynamic force trends and static forces. HBK offers a wide range of options (Double bridges, TEDS, mechanical adaptations, integrated amplifiers,…) so that a U10 can be adapted to its measurment task.

New: With the new option “VAIO”, the U10M comes along with an integrated digital amplifier. Your advantages:
- Greater precission: Linearity error 0.005 % for capacities up to 250 kN, higher capacities improved to 0.03 %. TC0: 0.006 %/ 10 K.
- Improved reliability: The Sensor Health monitoring of the U10M sends warnings in case of exceeding temperature or mechanical limits before problems occur.

- Lower costs, easy setup: The U10M with the VAIO option comes along as adjusted sensor: No more complicated or time consuming setups. When connected to an IO-Link master, you will get precise readings in Newton immediately.

- Fast: Internal sampling rate: 40 kHz, 1 ms cycling time to the IO-Link master.
