Description
The Dytran series 1060 is an IEPE force sensor designed to measure dynamic forces up to 50,000 lbf over a wide frequency range. Offered with a sensitivity range from 0.1- 10 mV/lbf, this dynamic force sensor can measure up to 1,000 lbf full scale in tension mode. As an IEPE sensor, the series 1060V features built-in electronics, eliminating the need for an external charge amplifier and converter.
Design of the series 1060V features a quartz sensing element, operating in compression mode and packaged in a rugged stainless steel housing weighing 460 grams. Units utilize a 10-32 axial connector and 3/8-16 tapped hole at the top of the sensor housing.
