The PCH 1270 and 1272 Compact Vibration Guards compare the actual vibration levels to the internal thresholds 10 times per second, making it suitable for early warning or even for emergency shutdown of your machinery.

Standard ISO 10816-3/20816-3 (2/10-1000 Hz) or customised filter ranges can be delivered.

PCH 1270 and 1272 comply with Functional Safety (EN13849), PL-d (SIL 2).

Each calibrated Vibration Guard delivered by PCH Engineering comes with a test certificate.

You can adjust the measuring range, vibration alarm levels, delay and hang times using switches on the monitor.
