Description
The calibration system, Type 3629 with software Type 5312, calibrates charge and voltage conditioners. In this configuration, a calibrated series capacitor is used for calibration of charge amplifiers.
The capacitor provides the charge input to charge amplifiers and the two PULSE channels are used for comparison of input to output. Tolerances can be generated automatically following first or second order low-pass and high-pass filters.
